Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
